Special Events - Flea Market Volunteer
Activity Summary:
Be a part of serving the community through our Flea Market fundraiser, whose proceeds benefit The Salvation Army's services throughout the world! Over 50 vendors participate each year. Volunteer for a bit, and you may even find a bargain as well!
Flea Market Volunteers will help to create a positive experience for vendors and visitors. Our next Flea Market is on Saturday, September 24th.

- Pre - Event Set Up | 7:00am - 9:00am
- Event Activities | 9:00am - 12:00pm & 12:00pm - 2:00pm
- Bake Sale Table
- Flea Market Table
- Grill
- Food Service
- Fill Condiments & Clean Tables
- Work in Kitchen
- Cash Register
- Post - Event Tear Down | 1:00pm - 3:00pm
Qualifications:
- 18 years or older
- Enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds
- Possess effective communication abilities
- Reliable, professional, and friendly
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
Policies:
Alcohol, drugs, and smoking are not permitted at any Salvation Army facilities or volunteer sites.
Pants/shorts and a shirt with sleeves must cover the waist and fit comfortably. Transparent and tight-fitting clothes are not permitted. For your safety, closed toe shoes are required.
Off-street parking is available.
