Harbor Crossing

Do you enjoy baking or cooking? We are seeking 1-2 volunteers (or pairs) to assist residents with simple kitchen projects in our memory care. You will choose the menu 2 weeks in advance and send us the shopping list. We will provide the ingredients and tools, and with an assistant, you will lead the residents, helping them play a significant part in the creation.

We have made apple crisp, monkey bread, fruit pizzas, snow ice cream, fresh salsa, hand-squeezed lemonade, cookie-cutter cookies, dyed eggs, gingerbread houses, lefse, freezer jam, deviled eggs and more. Anything that is fun to you or your family will be fun to them!
