Friends of the Kickapoo Valley Reserve
Friends of the Kickapoo Valley Reserve is a non profit 501c3 entity that has over 300 members from all over the United States. We rely on tax-deductible gifts from our members to fund important ongoing projects, programs, and new initiatives that benefit the Kickapoo Valley Reserve.
Mission Statement
The Friends of the Kickapoo Valley Reserve is an organization of people dedicated to assist the Kickapoo Reserve Management Board in its mission to preserve and protect the lands entrusted to the Reserve by raising funds and public awareness, and by providing volunteers for needed projects.
History
The Friends of the Kickapoo Valley Reserve (KVR) was established in November 2002 and provides the KVR crucial support by raising funds and public awareness, and by providing volunteers for needed projects.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO VOLUNTEERS: Each volunteer is required to have a current year volunteer agreement on file. If you do not have the agreement on file, you will receive an error message that says "You are not qualified for this activity" when you try to sign up to volunteer for an activity. Please go ahead and sign up for the volunteer opportunity that you are interested in and make sure you take steps to have a current Volunteer on file with the KVR prior to the scheduled volunteering opportunity.
