Palliative Care South East

The Volunteer Memorabilia program aims to provide additional support to the bereaved after the death of a loved one through the creation of personal memorabilia. Volunteers liaise with the bereaved to design and create (by sewing) memorabilia items from the clothes of the deceased. Each item is unique and offers comfort that evokes cherished memories and holds an extra special meaning for the owner.
