Lillington Health Hub combine SWFT community services clinics, a GP surgery (moving in date TBC) and SWFT’s Health and Wellbeing team under one roof to provide the local community with a range of services and activities. We are a new project so volunteer opportunities are currently limited, we hope to have more to offer as our work develops.
SWFT volunteers not only enhance patient experience but can also benefit from helping us; gaining knowledge, social connections, skills, confidence and motivation. Volunteering can also improve physical and mental health. Our aim is to give our volunteers a real sense of purpose and belonging.
We welcome anyone aged 18 and over to get involved and volunteer for their local NHS.
Please contact us should you have any questions, if not we look forward to receiving your completed application.
