Thank you for your interest in becoming a volunteer in the Inland Empire District!
The Inland Empire District manages several parks in San Bernardino, Riverside, and Orange County. These parks include: California Citrus State Historic Park, Chino Hills State Park, Lake Perris State Recreation Area, Mount San Jacinto State Park, Providence Mountains State Recreation Area, San Timoteo Canyon, Silverwood Lake State Recreation Area, and Wildwood Canyon.
These parks provide refuge for sensitive plant and animals, protect important cultural resources, and host an array of recreational activities, special events, and educational opportunities throughout the year. Each park has unique volunteer opportunities available. By becoming a volunteer for the VIPP at the Inland Empire District, you help to support California State Park’s mission for years to come.
Your application form, once completed, will be reviewed by the Volunteer Coordinator at the park you indicate as your "primary" location you are interested in. Please complete the application as thoroughly as possible to expedite our approval process.
Due to limited staff availability, some parks may take longer to respond than others so please be patient with us as we review your application.
We look forward to working with you soon!
