Volunteer Opportunities

Teen Volunteer

This opportunity is for teens, aged 13-18 only please.

We offer a teen volunteer opportunity, generally 1-2 hours per week.

Teen volunteers will assist with a variety of library tasks.  

Duties may include:

  • Assist with library events, including set up and clean up
  • Prepare craft materials for children's storytime
  • Duties vary depending on location. 

The only requirements are:

1. Be at least 13 years of age

2.  Do not use your school email address to create an account.

3.  Complete the application.

4.  Read and sign the Sonoma County Library's Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation Prevention Policy.

5.  Sign up for available shift(s).

6.  Wait until you are accepted for shift(s).
