Dive into the world of fun-filled events where you can make a difference for adorable animals and have a blast while doing it! We're searching for flexible, friendly volunteers to join our events team at the SPCA. From setting up booths and greeting guests to helping with activities, you'll be the backbone of every event, ensuring everything runs smoothly and everyone has a meow-gical time.

Choose your own adventure(s)! Sign up for events that fit your schedule – no weekly commitment required. Just choose the ones that spark your joy, whether it's a festive adoption event happening at the SPCA, Wine, Wags, and Brews, or Paws in the Park!

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

Forget about boring routines – event volunteering at the SPCA is like a box of catnip-stuffed surprises! Every event brings a new adventure, a chance to unleash your inner superhero for animals! There's something for everyone, whether you're a social butterfly, a behind-the-scenes magician, or a master of organization. Every skillset is needed and welcomed! Every rescue, every adoption, every happy bark, purr, and squeak – that's what drives us here at the SPCA. We all share the same values and goals and believe that every volunteer should feel the same! Everyone’s help makes a difference for animals!

Requirements

  • Having your own wheels to get to and from these events is essential.
  • You’ll also sprinkle kindness everywhere you go – it’s part of our mission! From animals and guests to volunteers and staff, your exceptional warmth will make a difference.
  • Let’s be an awesome team – your willingness to work with and respectfully communicate with our fantastic staff and volunteers is the key to success!
