We are seeking Consumer Advisors for the:

Cystic Fibrosis Consumer Advisory Group*

The Cystic Fibrosis Consumer Advisory Group (CFCAG) comprises members who can provide a lived experience perspective to help enhance Monash Health Cystic Fibrosis Services.

The aim of this group is to provide input into quality improvement projects for Monash Health Cystic Fibrosis Services.

As a member of the Cystic Fibrosis Consumer Advisory Group, you:

• • have experience of Monash Health Cystic Fibrosis services, as a patient or carer
  • are able to provide constructive feedback
  • are able to consider others’ experiences
  • will be giving back to the community
