Anticoagulation Stewardship (ACS) Committee

 

The role of the Committee is to ensure risks of anticoagulation to patients are minimised and the quality of our services are continually reviewed and improved.

 

Ideal skills, experience or attributes

An understanding of patient experience, quality review process and recommendation development to try and improve patient safety.

 

Meeting frequency/day/time:

Initially monthly (to reduce to 2-monthly), on the second Thursday of the month, from 4pm - 5pm (1 hour)

 

Location:

Online via MS Teams
