EVENING IN THE PARK AT FOLLY BEACH COUNTY PARK - Wine/Beverage Station

General Job Description

Assist with event set up, clean up, re-stocking coolers and pouring wine.

Wine Pouring

  • Pour wine into compostable cups
  • Keep stock on table. Once the event gets moving they will go quickly.

Restocking Coolers 

  • Restock coolers with wine and other beverages as necessary.
  • Topping off ice as necessary.

Set-Up

  • Put out signage, to include wine/beverage signs, promotional informational and sponsor banners.
  • Put up 10 x 10 tents, tables and chairs for wine stations & sponsors.
  • Set up wine/beverage station with coolers and back-stock.

Breakdown

  • Put up signage, to include wine/beverage signs, promotional informational and sponsor banners.
  • Take down 10 x 10 tents & tables
  • Take down wine. beverage station and stack coolers.

 

 

Qualifications Required

  • Background Check
  • Volunteers must be at least 21 years old to handle alcohol at events, please choose your appropriate age range: Must be 21 or Older
