Monday: Deliver to West Orchard 1910 S. Everett St.
Wednesday: Deliver to Citadel Corps 1739 Elpyco St.
Friday: Deliver to Area Command 350 N. Market.
Store in refrigerator at all locations.

- How much can you lift comfortably? Must be at least 20 lbs
- If you have a driver's license, please indicate which type? Must be at least General
- Motor Vehicle Registry Approval Must be at least Cleared
- What age category do you belong? Must be at least 16 or older
