About the Program
Seaford Community Centre playgroup is a well-known and popular playgroup running during the school term. The playgroup is set up each Friday with multiple immersive activities for the children and their caregivers to enjoy together.
Key Tasks
- Support the running of the playgroup.
- Oversee a program and ensure that it runs safely.
- Assisting with set up and pack down.
Skills/Knowledge/Personal Qualities
- Ability to build rapport with children.
- Friendly and personable.
- Able to lift and move around playgroup equipment.
Time Commitment
Wednesday as required and Fridays weekly – 9:00 am to 12:30 pm, during School Term.
Special Requirements
- Must be physically able to assist with set up and pack up of equipment.
- Must possess and provide a Department of Human Services (DHS) “Not Prohibited” Working with Children Check prior to commencement.
- Must be prepared to undertake Child Safe Environment training.
