IMGH Meals on Wheels for Greater Houston & Galveston County

Thank you for your interest in Galveston County Operation IMpact. This event will be held on June 9th and 10th at 216 Byrd St, La Marque, TX  77568! We hold this event each year at the beginning of hurricane season to ensure that, in the event of a weather emergency, our seniors have meals on hand to get them through the week. 

Only the driver of the vehicle needs to register (must be 18+). Your registration will be for 1 car (but please bring as many folks along as you like!)

We will be serving seniors on the Mainland of Galveston County, in La Marque, Dickinson, Santa Fe, Texas City, and other nearby towns. Our seniors are excited to meet you and see how their community shows up for them, in every way!  Please come with a full tank of gas and a willingness to go where you are needed. Our seniors are super excited to see the community show up for them, in every way! 

This event will be a drive-through. Our Distribution Teams will be in the parking lot, able to load your car with meals and supplies. Each car should have enough space to hold about 20 boxes, both the regular routes' meals as well as the weather emergency meals (roughly the size of a large shoebox).
