Are you ready to spark creativity and bring family craft programs to life? We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to support our monthly Family Craft programs and help us make art accessible and fun for everyone.

As an Art Adventure Assistant, you’ll help prepare craft materials, set up and clean up the space, and support families during the fun activities. This role is perfect for creative individuals who enjoy working with children and families and can commit a few hours each month.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare craft materials and set up the workspace before programs.
• Support library staff and patrons during monthly Family Craft sessions.
• Assist with crowd management and track attendance.
• Help with cleanup and restoring the space after activities.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, patient, and enjoys working with children and families.
• Comfortable assisting in a busy, creative environment.
• Reliable and able to follow directions from library staff.
• Prior crafting experience not required.

Commitment:

• Volunteer during scheduled craft programs (1-3 hours per session)
• Flexible schedule, based on program offerings
