Mission Statement
The mission of the Carmel Farmers Market is many faceted. It is to be an exciting and bountiful place for the citizens of Carmel and surrounding communities to buy fresh, wholesome fruits, vegetables, cheeses, eggs, plants and other foods that are grown and/or prepared by Indiana farmers and food entrepreneurs. CFM's mission is to also provide a friendly gathering spot both summer and winter Saturday mornings for the residents of Carmel to meet, greet and talk with their friends and neighbors. It is to be a place that builds and fosters the sense of community for which Carmel is known. It is to bring the best of Indiana's food products to our guests in a safe and healthy environment. And it is to provide citizens of our community with a fun and rewarding volunteer experience.
