The London Borough of Sutton has recently teamed up with His Majesty's Courts & Tribunals (HMCT), which will allow volunteers to support members of the public by filling out online forms. Other roles will involve uploading documents and connecting people with local centres to receive additional support.

This role is not an advisory role. You will be supported with completing the 6 forms only, which are:

  • Appeal a Benefit decision
  • Submit a plea deal
  • Online Civil Money Claim
  • Help with Fees
  • Divorce
  • Probate
