About the Opportunity
Share your creativity and make a lasting impact! We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to assist in our art studio, where adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities explore various art forms such as acrylic painting, ceramics, mixed media, and more.
What will volunteers do?
1. Support participants during art activities by providing encouragement and hands-on help.
2. Assist with set-up and clean-up of art materials and tools.
3. Help organize and maintain the studio space.
4. Foster a positive, inclusive, and creative environment.
5. Collaborate with staff and artists to adapt projects as needed for individual abilities.
6. Maintain a positive, respectful, patient, and supportive attitude with students and staff
7. Follow all safety, confidentiality, and organizational policies and procedures
