Our Construction Crew Leaders
Are integral to our goals of building more homes and building better neighbourhoods and communities throughout Niagara. During their term of service, Construction Crew Leaders will work with the construction manager, volunteers and partner families to build homes and engage the community.
Members will lead small groups of volunteers in a wide variety of construction tasks on new-construction and possibly renovation homes. Members will be oriented and educated on the affordable housing crisis so that they are able to engage in meaningful conversations with volunteers. Thus they will not only help to build homes in partnership with our partner families; they will also help to foster the community's understanding of the housing crisis.
Habitat for Humanity Niagara is a team of enthusiastic volunteers, community partners and staff. We are guided by our values and committed to transforming the lives of families through affordable housing.
Established in 1993, our mission is to mobilize volunteers and community partners in building affordable housing and promoting home ownership as a means to breaking the cycle of poverty.
We bring communities together to help families build strength, stability and independence through affordable homeownership.
Vision Statement: A world where everyone has a safe and decent place to live.
