Tuesday Prep Team Leader & Deputy Team Leader

Applications will be picked up at the end of August, with interviews taking place in September.

We are urgently looking for a Team Leader and Deputy Team Leader to support our Tuesday food prep team, helping prepare the 3-course meal we provide for vulnerable people in our city 365 days a year.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with supervisory or team leadership experience who would like to use their skills to make a difference in the local community while working as part of a great team.

The role includes standard supervisory responsibilities, supporting and coordinating volunteers, helping the kitchen run smoothly, maintaining food and hygiene standards and supporting team safeguarding in line with charity procedures.

Previous experience preparing food for large numbers is helpful but not essential. Most importantly, we are looking for people who enjoy working with others, can provide positive leadership and who want to make a difference.
