The People's Kitchen

We're looking for a friendly, outgoing volunteer to join our team and help us with a crucial part of our mission: finding and welcoming new volunteers. This is a great opportunity to be one of the first people new volunteers meet on their journey with us.

Your main duties will be to support the full recruitment and induction process for volunteers, which includes:

• Crafting engaging recruitment adverts.
• Contacting new applicants and arranging interviews.
• Giving tours of our kitchen service.
• Keeping volunteer records up to date.

This role would be a great fit for someone with a background in recruitment. Excellent attention to detail is a must, and experience using CRM systems would be a benefit. You'll be part of a dedicated team of volunteers who meet every Wednesday evening alongside our kitchen service.
