Education - Fishing, and Wetland Animal Hike - Field Trip

Event Description:
Learn what helps our native animals and fish survive in wetlands. With these special adaptations in mind, take a nature hike to investigate their habitats and think about how you’d use those tools. Wrap up
Task:
MUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING WITH REPTILES
Experience with fishing preferred
Help set up and clean up stations, shadow staff, and assist with students during activities.
Dates, Times, and Location
Monday, June 8th, 9:30 am - 3:30 pm Voice of America MetroPark (7850 VOA Park Drive, West Chester OH 45069)
Weather:
We will work through light rain but cancel for thunderstorms or severe weather. please check the forecast to ensure you all bring the necessary items and wear the proper clothing.
Accommodations:
The MetroParks may provide accommodation to volunteer project participants depending on the nature of the tasks. Any request must be sent directly to the Manager of Volunteer Resources at least two days before the project begins
