Education - Bebb in the Shadows: Program Assistant
Event Description:
Immerse yourself as a traveler to a mid-1800s village to experience the dark realities of pioneer hardships not mentioned in your typical history books. Historical research and consulting support provided by the Butler County Historical Society to help bring our past to life. This interactive program is rain or shine.
Task:
Assist with the setup. Lead/assist with hands-on living history stations around the village. We will reach out to discuss different stations and try and make sure you are working in your preferred choice. Please specify preferences for specific areas/topics (if any), eagerness to dress in 1800's historical clothing (not mandatory), and if you will provide your own historical outfit.
Volunteers are encouraged to dress up in period correct clothing though it is not required.
