Volunteer

Community groups and parish councils across East Hampshire are hosting volunteers’ festivals in August and September to help residents discover local volunteering opportunities. 

Eight events will be held across the district, bringing together charities, community groups, clubs and societies to showcase the many ways people can get involved and make a difference in their local community. 

PeCAN will have a stall at the event at Winton House to showcase the volunteer opportunities with us and we would love to have some volunteers on the stand so that people can share their experience as a volunteer. 

The festivals will give residents the opportunity to meet organisations working in their area and find out more about the support they provide to local communities. 

You can help for an hour or for the whole event, anything is appreciated.
