1. Public Engagement - Art Exhibition - Refreshment Host
Land, Light & Leaves – A Tribute to Our Fragile Landscape
PeCAN’s first community art exhibition, Land, Light & Leaves will welcome 4 local artists to share their work inspired by our natural environment through the seasons. Displayed alongside poetry depicting the seasons and the changing weather from local and national poets, our exhibition will consider the changing of our seasons and the impact of climate change.
Refreshment Host
We will have refreshments – food, drink, cakes and pastries, available to buy at our event with profits from sales donated to PeCAN. Our Refreshment Hosts will help serve teas, coffees, cakes, soups and savouries in the cafe area to exhibition visitors. Training on all equipment will be provided, two volunteers will be serving during each session.
