Volunteer

PeCAN are pleased to be working with Petersfield Town Council (PTC) to support the CARRR Boot sales this year.  We need additional helpers for marshalling to keep the sessions safe.  If you volunteer for any of these roles, we will forward your email address to Petersfield Town Council so that you can complete the council's volunteer agreement (which means you are covered by council insurance for this event).

For the morning session (6:30am–9:00am), volunteers will be assisting at the gate by checking tickets and supporting entry management. They will also be helping to marshal vehicles as they arrive, guiding cars safely into the avenue and ensuring smooth traffic flow.

For the afternoon session (9:30am–12:30pm), volunteers will be supporting the safe marshalling of vehicles as they leave the site. They will also assist with pack-down duties, which may include dismantling and storing gazebos, chairs, tables, and other event equipment.

Thank you for your assistance with these events, which help to keep good quality items in circulation, out of landfill, and help to reduce the consumption carbon emissions in the town.
