Volunteer

Join other local residents in taking action to protect our beautiful environment. It's the best response we can take as individuals to the climate and nature crises - and it's fun!

We need volunteers to help with our various projects, so if you are interested in joining us, please click on the button on the right and fill in an application. We'll be in touch once we receive it to have a chat about how you'd like to get  involved.

If you are already a volunteer, sign up to one of our current volunteering opportunities by logging in to your account.

If you'd like to meet one of the team or volunteers before committing, please drop in to the weekly Eco-Cafe (Tuesday morning at the Courtyard room of Winton House, call us on 01730 719792, or drop an email to hello@petersfieldcan.org and we'll call you back.

Mission Statement

Petersfield Climate Action Network is an environmental charity run by local residents in Petersfield, Hampshire.

Our mission is to help Petersfield and surrounding villages to reduce their carbon emissions and protect nature. We do this by running projects and activities with local people and organisations to help make the changes to our buildings, transport, natural environment, understanding and behaviour that our community needs in order to live sustainably. Our vision is for the Petersfield area to become carbon neutral as quickly as possible, given the IPPC's recommendation for carbon emissions to halve by 2030 from 2019 levels.
