John Walter Museum

Come help the John Walter Museum with summer gardening!

Meeting Location - Please come to the main, eastmost John Walter Museum building to start your shift, located across the parking lot of the Kinsmen Sports Centre. The coordinator will meet you there and get you set up.

Parking: There is a free shared parking lot located at the Kinsmen Sports Centre adjacent to the John Walter Museum. Please note this may be quite busy during the summer. 

Transit: There is a bus stop at Walterdale Hill & Queen Elizabeth Park Road (routes 009 and 701) 350 meters (a 5 minute walk) from the weed pull location.

Biking: The John Walter Museum is connected to the River Valley’s main trail system, a multi-use trail from the east and west. There is a bike rack nearby on site to lock your bike.
