John Walter Museum Weed Pull Details
Get hands-on with history! City of Edmonton staff will lead volunteers in the hand-removal of invasive plant species growing in John Walter Museum’s historic garden beds at some of the oldest buildings in Edmonton. Gloves and tools will be provided.

Parking: There is a free shared parking lot located at the Kinsmen Sports Centre adjacent to the John Walter Museum. Please note this may be quite busy during the summer.

The museum is accessed by walking along a paved path. The weed pull sites will be accessed by a maintained wood boardwalk. There is a ramped curb to access the site. The site is covered by large trees and houses that provide ample shade.
