Fall and winter are the seasons when we typically focus on removing invasive brush and trees from prairies and oak savannas. Workdays are led by staff and our Certified Land Stewards. View our Tree & Brush Removal webpage for more information.
Our native seed program support initiatives such as Plant Dane and Native Seed Libraries. Volunteer activities include seed collection (August-October), seed processing (September-January), and seed sowing (January-March). View our Native Seed Program webpage for more information.
