  2.  If you see a volunteer opportunity you are interested in, or would like to be notified of volunteer activities as they becomes available, you must first create an account (click the "fill in an application" button). This allows you to fill out our volunteer waiver and immediately sign up for any volunteer opportunities!

Ecological Restoration: Invasive Tree and Brush Removal

Ecological Restoration: Native Seed Program

Our native seed program support initiatives such as Plant Dane and Native Seed Libraries. Volunteer activities include seed collection (August-October), seed processing (September-January), and seed sowing (January-March). View our Native Seed Program webpage for more information.

Park Maintenance & Campgrounds

We rely on our park maintenance volunteers and campground hosts to create a welcoming park environment for everyone! These opportunities primarily occur in the Spring, Summer, and Fall.

Wildlife Monitoring & Community Science

These opportunities typically occur during the warmer months of Spring, Summer, and Fall. However, many projects are completed independently. Volunteer opportunities are available for everyone regardless of initial skill level, experience, or time availability.
