My Sister's Place Women's Center is a day resource center for women and children experiencing homelessness and/or poverty in Baltimore City. We create an community center where women can access basic life needs, such as showers and meals, and take the next steps through additional services of case management, therapy, professional and life skills workshops, and more.
We are currently offering on-site volunteer opportunities, and are in need of on-site meal service volunteers, and meal service sponsors who commit to bringing in food for our meal services. After you have completed the application process, please read through the orientation materials that were sent to your email. Once you confirm via email that you have completed orientation, you can check the "Opportunities" tab to view all volunteer opportunities available.
We will also continue to keep our website updated with our donation needs at https://www.catholiccharities-md.org/services/my-sisters-place-womens-center/ if you know others who want to support, but are not members of our portal. This website will also list donation hours and location.

We proudly serve the women and children of Baltimore 3 meals per day, 365 days of the year, and offer on-site meal service volunteering, where you will serve clients a hearty meal at their table, and assist in clean up and other kitchen tasks.
