This is a water-based cleanup.
Paddlers may bring their own kayak, canoe, etc. All paddlers must wear a PFD (personal flotation device) while on the water).
Please email kgpb@gptx.org to reserve your free kayak rental no later than noon on Thursday, March 19, 2026. Your seat is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email.
PFD, personal flotation device, is required for every volunteer that is on the water.
What to wear: Long pants
Layers appropriate for weather
Close-toed shoes or rain boots
Sunscreen and insect repellent
We will have bottled water available. However, in an effort to reduce waste, we ask that you bring your own filled reusable water bottle.
