Board Service and Committees - Habitat for Humanity: Volunteer Recruitment Chair

Habitat for Humanity Southern Alberta (HFHSA) makes home ownership affordable for families to build strength, stability and independence. We build homes through community support and sell homes to families with no down payment, no interest mortgages giving them the financial stability and flexibility to make forward looking choices. Since 1990, we have partnered with 245 families across southern Alberta, affecting the lives of 517 children. For more information visit

Volunteers are at the heart of Habitat for Humanity. Our Chapters are like beacons in the community that reminds us that when we help one family, the whole community is transformed. All Chapter volunteers are champions for Habitat in their communities, they lead land search and acquisition and are active in ongoing fund development for the next build.
