The Main Entrance volunteer's responsibility is to get valid customers through the gate as quickly as is practical, while ensuring the safety of each person entering the festival. Main Entrance volunteers may be asked to organize crowds into control points for entry, notify of bag check on entry, and monitor/assist with scanning tickets from our festival guests. Volunteers will be involved in the set-up, operational, and breakdown activities at the Main entrance. Volunteers must be able to stand a minimum of 5 hours at a time. Rest and break periods are given. This role reports to the Main Entrance Supervisors.
