The Festival Hub is the heart of the Biennale and the place to go for event tickets, information about artists, exhibitions, events, volunteer updates and everything BIFB and Ballarat.

The Festival Hub is also the BIFB merchandise and retail space.

Here, you will provide festival visitors with a range of information and/or directions regarding exhibition, program events and locations and act as an information exchange for matters relating to the operation of the Biennale including, venues, volunteers and event personnel.
