SUMMARY:
All SacPride volunteers are required to attend an orientation held. The orientation will include the history of Pride in Sacramento, SacPride 2024 Festival and March details, why volunteers are essential, what to expect as a volunteer, how to sign up for shifts and log hours, training and background check requirements, best practices for interacting with diverse populations, and a chance to ask questions.
