The New Volunteer Orientation is required for all new Sacramento LGBT Community Center volunteers. The orientation covers:

• The Center’s mission, vision, & values
• History of the Sacramento LGBT Community Center
• An overview of the organization as it exists today
  • Overview of our programs and services.
  • Our impact on the neighborhood, city, county, and region.
• A tour of a volunteer profile so that volunteers understand how to:
  • Navigate their volunteer profile
  • Find and sign up for volunteer opportunities
  • Log hours
  • Email Sacramento LGBT Community Center staff.
  • Access the document library.
• Questions/Answers

ORIENTATIONS ARE IN-PERSON AND CAN BE ATTENDED ANY TIME DURING THE ONBOARDING PROCESS.
