1.-Traffic Wardens

Traffic Wardens are vital on race day to maintain the safety of participants by keeping the race route clear of vehicular traffic and directing any vehicular traffic that is encountered to designated routes.  Wardens will be placed at locations to ensure vehicles stay clear of the runners and course.  You can also cheer runners on since you will be in the middle of the action.  This can be a very powerful experience as you encourage runners and have fun with this volunteer opportunity!

ALL TRAFFIC WARDEN VOLUNTEERS WILL BE CONTACTED AND NOTIFIED OF THEIR MEETING LOCATIONS.

Traffic Wardens will meet at a location.  At that location, you will be loaded onto a bus and dropped off at your designated post.  After the last runner passes, you and the traffic barriers have been moved, you will be picked up and returned to your car.  Wear comfortable shoes and get ready for a fun and rewarding experience!
