Wesley Centre is Hamilton’s ONLY 7 day a week drop-in centre supporting homeless, street-involved, disconnected and at-risk men and women in the Hamilton community. Wesley Centre is a consistent, comprehensive and critical system of supports. We offer daily hands on work dealing with immediate and long term crises to support people with some of the most complex needs. The drop-in centre helps with practical and emotional support across all aspects of a person's life. Wesley Centre is committed to offering a consistent system of supports that build skills for future success - access to housing workers, public health and primary care, nutritious hot meals, socialization and recreational programming, counselling support, income help, as well as employment and career training.
