Emergency Assistance - General Office

Help the caseworkers and receptionist with basic office duties such as faxing, filing, making photocopies, covering for the receptionist when absent and other duties as needed.

Answering multi-line phone system, taking messages, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, filing and use of the copier.

Assisting in application in-take, mailings, general office work, etc.
