Join Lifeline Sydney & Sutherland as a Community Events & Fundraising Volunteer and help us spread hope, raise vital funds, and promote mental health support across our region.
As a volunteer, you'll represent Lifeline at local events, shopping centres, expos, festivals, and fundraisers - engaging with the public, sharing our mission, and helping ensure no one faces a crisis alone.
What You'll Be Doing
- Represent Lifeline at scheduled events and community initiatives
- Engage with the public to raise awareness of our services and programs
- Provide referral information to Lifeline and other support organisations
- Build relationships with community members and service providers
- Partner with other organisations to co-deliver events
- Collect donations in line with our cash-handling procedures
