Engaging community members in meaningful ways!

Join in the fun for the 2026 Books & Rooks Chess Club Tournament at Central Library on March 28th. This is a free event for participants with two sections: Scholastics (K-12) and OPEN (Adults and Kids). There will also be casual play. Volunteers will help the event go smoothly by handing out t-shirts, registering attendees, and escorting participants to their designated areas. No chess experience needed.
