Central Zone - Bayers Lake, Cobequid

Our Out-Patient Ambulatory Clinic general volunteers provide important social interaction with patients. These volunteers give directional information to patients, and ensure they are prepared for tests by ensuring forms are completed and that patients have necessary items such as Johnny Shirts. As an Out-Patient Clinic Volunteer, you have a positive impact on patients' quality of care. If you are interested in ensuring patients have a positive experience while receiving treatment, then this role is for you.

Available positions:

Hospitality - Ambulatory Care. Shifts are Monday to Friday, 8:00am-10:30am, 10:30-1:00pm and 1:00pm-3:30pm.  NO EVENING OR WEEKENDS. 

Hospitality - Emergency Department. Various shifts, 7-days a week. 10:00am-2:00pm, 2:00pm-6:00pm and 6:00pm-10:00pm.  

Assistant to the Public - Diagnostic Imaging. Various shifts, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-11:30am, 11:30am-2:00pm, 2:00pm-4:30pm and 4:30pm-7:00pm, and Saturday 8:00am-10:30am, 10:30am-1:00pm and 1:00pm-3:30pm.
