Kitchen - Sallie's Table
Make a meaningful impact by volunteering with the Sallie’s Table Weekend Feeding Program, a vital service for homeless and near-homeless individuals and families in Sioux Falls. Every Saturday and Sunday evening, when other feeding programs are closed, we provide a warm, nutritious meal to those in need—anywhere from 90 to 120 people each weekend.
This is a wonderful opportunity for volunteer groups and families to serve together and connect with the community. Volunteers play an essential role in preparing and packing meals, then serving them to guests from 4:45pm to 5:45pm. After everyone has been served, we invite volunteers to help with cleanup, ensuring the space is ready for the next day.
Join us at the Salvation Army Community Center at 800 N. Cliff Ave to make a difference in the lives of those facing hunger in our community. Your time and kindness will create lasting memories and a stronger community.
