Heritage Festival - Picnic at Rock Valley Homestead

Reimagine the way you connect to your heritage at this year’s festival at Rock Valley Homestead, Tidbinbilla Nature Reserve, where nature and culture collide.

Bring your picnic lunch and soak up the historic atmosphere listening to stories and recollections by locals, including the Tidbinbilla Pioneers.  

Heritage Week runs from 18 April - 11 May 2023, here at Tidbinbilla we will be hosting an activity at Rock Valley homestead on Sunday 4 May 2025 10:00am - 3:00pm Rock Valley Homestead, Tidbinbilla Nature Reserve

Shift Information

There are opportunities for the VisitorAssist team to be involved with craft activities, storytelling and kid’s games. 

There will be opportunity for Volunteers to support Geoff P with Euc Distillery

The event is outdoors (weather permitting) so be sure to wear a hat, comfortable shoes, your ParkCare uniform and bring a water bottle. 

If you are keen to spend some time with visitors of all ages and have a tonne of fun..... then this is the activity for you!
