ParkCare Visitor Assist - Field researcher- Visitor experience

Visitor Experience - Field Researcher

ACT Parks and Conservation Service is currently working with a commercial partner to undertake visitor research. The objective is to better understand the demographic make up of user groups, their motivations and satisfaction with their experiences on parks and reserves in the ACT.

We are interested in offering specific training to a small group of volunteers who will then assist with short incident surveys throughout ACT parks between February and August 2019.

Volunteers will be offered market research approach training, and specific comprehensive technological training for the research project. Training will occur in February 2019 (date to be determined).
