Venue Operations Volunteer

Are you passionate about giving fantastic customer service and want to bring to life history with your fantastic customer service and storytelling? As venue operations volunteer you will have the opportunity to support all aspects of our museums / attractions day-to-day operations alongside our venue team. You could find yourself welcoming visitors at our front desk, bringing to life our wide variety of displays and exhibitions with your fantastic storytelling, working with our duty-management team to coordinate venue operations or even work in our café serving a variety of refreshments and beverages. Full training for all aspects of the role will be provided.
