Events - Christmas Lights Festival, Dec 6-31, 2024
Join us for Christmas Lights Festival @ the Montgomery Zoo, December 6-31, 2024. There is no better way to enjoy the spirit of the holiday season than volunteering your time and talents at the Montgomery Zoo’s Christmas Lights Festival. For generations families throughout the region visit the Montgomery Zoo to see the sights and sounds of the holiday season as they tour the illuminated pathways of Christmas Lights Festival. This is a night event at the Zoo, and volunteers will serve from 5pm - 9:30pm nightly.
Bright, cheery, and joy-filled volunteers just make the season brighter. Each night we have several positions where volunteers serve alongside staff members assisting and aiding guests as they enjoy the Lights Festival. We have open positions serving at the train ride, sky lift ride, and also at Santa’s Workshop assisting all the children as they visit with Santa.
Let me encourage you to enjoy the holiday season while helping your community and those that call the River Region home. Please see additional information below concerning serving at the Christmas Lights Festival at the Montgomery Zoo.
