(NE5) Nipawin, Cumberland House, Carrot River, Arborfield

This volunteer position provides help to patients and families/support person with the flow of OPDS/Recovery to the waiting room and other areas of the hospital as required.

Assigned Tasks:

• Greeting patients & family/support person.
• Directing the patient and family/support person from the one area to the next within the hospital.
• Possibly pushing a wheelchair with a patient from the waiting room to the front doors of the hospital and bringing wheelchair back to the designated area.

Shifts take place Monday through Friday, mornings/afternoons.

Must be physically able to push a patient in a wheelchair.
