Role purpose

What will the role involve?


Supporting the People Team by providing support to the HR Business Partnering team from home.  This will include:


  • Handling HR inquiries and communicating with a wide range of people on a broad span of topics
  • Input data and any other relevant information into organisation databases/ systems. (Training will be provided for our systems)
  • Carry out general administrative duties such as scanning, filing letters and documents.


What skills and experience will you need?

  • Previous experience in Human Resources, or familiarity with HR practices and procedures
  • Basic knowledge of employment law practices
  • Good knowledge of Word
  • Basic knowledge of Excel
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • A 'can do' attitude
